Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 days of order receipt. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (weekend orders ship Monday or Tuesday). We ship most orders the most economical way: Usually United Parcel Service (UPS), or in the case of heavy/large items, truck freight. At your request (and additional cost), we can expedite delivery of your order via 2nd Day or Next Day Air.
U.S. Shipping charges are based on the weight of purchased items and shipping destination. Items weighing 150 pounds or less (and not oversized) will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Our
AutoProTool shopping Cart automatically calculates UPS shipping charges on these orders and adds them to your order total.
Items that are too big or too heavy to ship by UPS will normally ship via common carrier. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone with a freight quote prior to processing the order.
Regardless of shipment method, applicable shipping and handling charges will be added to your credit card or open account billing. A nominal charge of $1.50 is added to all shipments to help offset handling, restocking and packing costs.
Because of our extensive inventory, most orders are shipped complete from our Houston, Texas fulfillment center. Exceptions include large items shipped directly from the manufacturer to minimize freight expense...or products temporarily out of stock. We'll ship all in-stock items at the time of order, and notify you if an item is out of stock and when we expect inventory replenishment.
